Group Relations Workshops / conferences
Offering to the professionals in the field of Gerontology and Elderly Care, for the first time ever, conferences on Group Relations. Participants will study their own roles and boundaries in groups and organizations; leadership development / team development/ organizational development; to identify and build leadership capacity, strengthen teams and/or improve the overall functioning of the organizations. Role analysis and other types of application work would increase staff competence and empathy for their elderly clients, and working out differences with each other. An experiential learning with didactic training specifically for senior leadership staff, would build up their capability for decision-making processes, personnel management and service - delivery models.
